Where would you find beauty?
In the flower of lotus,
Or in the sanctity of a saint,
Or in the face of a women,
Or in a peacock’s plumage,
Or in the moon in the sky,
Or In the portrait by an artist,
Or in the crystal clear flow of Ganga,
That I know not.
But I know it is in Mother’s love,
Beloved’s sacrifice, sister’s care and
In a friend’s kindness.
Lastly let me underscore that,
Beauty is not in flowers, beings and things
But it is at the core of each benign heart.
